Halloween coming....
This is the beginning of the 3 months
of food temptations....but, I don't want you to be scared. I want you to be prepared. I want you to plan for these
months so you can face it with confidence. We're entering the holiday season and there will be many temptations between now
and the time and the first of the year. Are you ready to handle the three most tempting months of the year?
If you want to have some treats at Halloween, save up for them. Eat a light lunch and dinner and a well balanced
breakfast. Always eat breakfast! Your body is in starvation mode from the moment you go to sleep until you wake up and put
fuel (food) into your body.
